Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Lantern Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Louisville region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
