Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline Rook Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Madison, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving repair requests. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
