Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Maple Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 571 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
