Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood West Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of St. Louis, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
