Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Linden Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
