Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Loom Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Fresno region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service appointments. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service appointments. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
