Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Hospitality is a hospitality company in Atlanta with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food costs. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
