Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Denver. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We invest in training. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
