Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Lumen Lantern Medical is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
