Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Ashton Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
