Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Willow Community Partners and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving volunteer shifts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
