Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Birch Care Services Group supports families and individuals in Madison with personal care and coordination, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
