Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service alerts. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
