Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around San Jose. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
