Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Bright Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
