Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Northwind Ashton Hospitality Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving group events. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with group events. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
