Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Meridian Care Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving client records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
