Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Keystone Arts Center is an arts centre in Portland with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 898 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visitor services. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
