Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Sable Staffing Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with client orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
