Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Salt Lake City serving businesses and individuals, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving court deadlines. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
