Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supplier deliveries. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
