Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving visit scheduling. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
