Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath Stone Civic Services works with county and city offices around St. Louis. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 608 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving public records. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
