Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Clearpath North Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for treatment plant data, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
