Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Greenridge Fern Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cincinnati with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving landfill records. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
