Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in San Antonio with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving work orders. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
