Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Harbor Energy Group is an energy provider in Miami focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage response. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage response. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We reply to every applicant.
