Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Cedar Harbor Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field visits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
