Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Rivermark Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving warranty claims. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
