Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Highbridge Harbor Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
