Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Oak Health and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving electronic records. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
