Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Bright Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Tampa and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving water quality. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
