Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Providence, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
