Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Westbrook Beacon Water Authority Group operates treatment plants and pipelines around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 940 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving meter reading. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
