Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bright Beacon Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Jacksonville, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would join a large organisation of about 552 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving lease compliance. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
