Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Corner Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Hartford. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lots. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
