Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Summit Meadow Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
