Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Drift Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
