Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Oak Legal Group provides legal services in Baltimore across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
