Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Meridian Inspection Services Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
