Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Foxglove Rowan Legal Group is a Baltimore practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving trust accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with trust accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
