Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Bluepeak Haven Community Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for food distribution, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving food distribution. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with food distribution. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
