Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with supplier orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
