Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer tickets. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
