Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Chicago area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
