Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Nova Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Jacksonville with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving supply orders. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supply orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
