Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Ridge Water Authority and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
