Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pike Construction Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be rollouts and implementations. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving permits. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
