Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Amberfield Glen Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Little Rock. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on rollouts and implementations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving care plans. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
