Project Coordinator - rollouts and implementations (remote)

Silverline Maple Housing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on rollouts and implementations for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving rent assistance. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with rent assistance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
